Each day will be packed full of presentations, EBMS demos, updates from the company, Q&A, training sessions, and opportunities to network with the Eagle team and other EBMS users! The conference features 18 hours of basic, intermediate and advanced level training taught by our experts. Each attendee can register for and attend 4 1/2 hours of this training, specific to their areas of interest. Register 3 or more from your team and get $5 off per person! Bring your whole team to maximize this tremendous learning opportunity.
This event is packed full of specialized EBMS education to gain practical and technical skills. With 12 different training classes available, each attendee can select three (90 min) classes. The conference will feature basic, intermediate and advanced level training classes. Bring your team, take different sessions, and collaborate on what you have learned.
Three optional Learning Tracks give you or new employees the opportunity to focus on one area of learning. You also have the option to custom build your schedule by choosing any class without attending the entire track.

Accounting & Finance 101
This training session will focus on the foundations and best practices of bookkeeping and accounting in EBMS. This session is a basic high-level training geared to the Bookkeeper, Manager and Financial Officer. It is recommended to also take Accounting & Finance 201 and 301 to stay in this learning track.
EBMS Foundations 1 – Concepts & Best Practices
This training session will focus on EBMS concepts and best practices and will put a foundation in place to help you build on your understanding of the software. This class would be best for Office Manager, order entry staff, any new users or Managers.
This discussion will be focused on inventory management, including stock level management, special orders, scanning, purchasing and more. This class is an intermediate level and will build on a foundational understanding of Inventory concepts. This is a great class for the Parts Manager, Purchasing Agent and others who are involved with inventory management.
Advanced Features for the Manager and EBMS Admin
Join us as we unpack our Advanced Features and share options for working with EBMS data, integrations, and procedures to keep your system happy and healthy. This Advanced class, taught by our COO, is Ideal for the EBMS Admin, IT Admin and Data Analyst.
Accounting & Finance 201
Join us for a training on profit center management, general ledger, journal entries and financial reporting. We will also discuss Budgeting. This session is a more advanced training for the Bookkeeper, Manager and Financial Officer.
EBMS Foundations 2 – How everything Ties Together
This is a great class to take after “EBMS Foundations and Best Practices” or if you want a better understanding of the integrated workflow of the software. We will unpack the process from first contact with a customer to billing. This class is ideal for the Office manager and any staff involved in sales and purchasing.
This will be an advanced look into inventory reports, forecasting, count adjustments, impact to the G/L, integrating with suppliers and more. This class is ideal for those who already understand the inventory concepts in EBMS and are ready to go deeper.
This training session will focus on tracking time and labor and syncing to payroll. We will also discuss various payroll scenarios, such as bonus, commissions, piecework and holiday. This class would be great for Operations staff and the Payroll Admin.
Training Breakout - Day Two
Accounting & Finance 301
This training is a great follow up to Accounting & Finance 201 but can also be taken on its own. Continue with us as we dive deeper into concepts and best practices around profit center management, general ledger, journal entries and financial reporting. We will also discuss year-end processing and preparing EBMS data for your Accountant.
EBMS Foundations 3 – A/R, A/P and Payroll
This training session will focus on the foundations and best practices of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll. This class would be best for the Office manager and any staff involved in billing and payroll.
This training class will discuss best practices for managing and analyzing larger jobs using the EBMS Job Costing tool. This includes cost analysis, job stages and job information. This class would be ideal for the Manager.
Service & Work Orders
Join us as we dive into scheduling and work order management, which includes tracking the details, history and parts to a work order. We will also look at the My Time App: using in the shop and on the road. This class is ideal for Service Manager, Technicians and other service staff; or those who want to learn more about Tasks, Work Orders and My Time.
Each registrant can select three classes from the list of breakout sessions or learning tracks.

Brian began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. By 12 he was printing place mats for a local diner out of his bedroom. Later in his professional career, he led entrepreneurial business in sizes ranging from 7 to more than 170 employees, across multiple industries. Now Brian’s passion is to come alongside entrepreneurial teams to help implement a holistic system that delivers on helping them live their ideal lives.
Keynote Topic: Optimistic Contrarian Thinking
Fueling her contrarian thinking with optimism has propelled Mary to new discoveries and exciting achievements. A storyteller at heart, she will share her perspective on how to set the trajectory of a questioning mind in a direction that accomplishes wonder rather than disillusionment. Mary will synthesize her experience as a business leader in the manufacturing and construction industry in such a way to inspire the listener to consider alternative ways to think about challenging issues.
