A complete data backup will be run daily.  The customer will be alerted by e-mail if backup is not properly completed.  Follow-up contacts will occur by phone if the issue has not been resolved within 5 business days.

 

The data size is calculated from the compressed data space on the backup server.  The amount of space required is about 1.5 to 2 times the uncompressed data since a copy of the data is made daily.  Note that the frequency of data changes affects the ratio of data on the customer’s server and the space required on the backup server.  Files are archived for a user defined period of time.  The default time is 6 months.
