Click on the Remote Connection icon on the left to download and run the Remote Connection Utility from Esh Computer Center.

Click on Run to download the utility and run it on your machine. If you want to, you can select Save instead, to download the file to your machine, double-click the downloaded file to run the utility. If you are using Firefox for your web browser you have to select this option.

The person you are working with at Eagle Software will give you the PIN number that you need to finish the connection to your machine.
