Call CenterEagle Business Software recognizes that each of the businesses it serves has unique needs and varying expectations. We offer several levels of support commitments for you to choose from. These are pay-one-price plans that allow for two-way interaction between you, the EBMS user, and Eagle Business Software. Each one of these plans includes upgrades to EBMS as they become available. The level of support varies with the plan. Contact Eagle Business Software for Subscription Plan rates. Prices scale dependent upon the number of users and modules installed.

NOTE: Discontinuing Support & Upgrade Subscription
At the time a client discontinues the support and upgrade subscription, the user forfeits the right to access updated forms, tax tables, reports, software updates, and other support and update options. An EBMS software upgrade must be purchased before a user may re-subscribe to the support & upgrade subscription. Replacement installation discs and all other support services are fully billable.

Disclaimer: Under the agreement of the EBMS support and upgrade subscription plan, Eagle Business Software and Esh Computer Center (EBMS/ECC) cannot be responsible for the time spent correcting hardware and software failures or conflicts with other software, hardware drivers, or printer drivers. In no event shall EBMS/ECC be liable for costs of procurement of substitute products, loss of profits, data, or use of the software product, or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims, however caused, and on any theory of liability, even if EBMS/ECC has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will EBMS/ECC be liable for any damages to you or any other person that exceed the lower of the suggested list price or the actual purchase price paid for the software product, regardless of the form of the claim. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. All third party suppliers to EBMS/ECC of any portion of the software product make no warranty and shall have no liability to you.


Prepaid Support, Training, & Setup Packages Also Available:

By default all calls, emails and on-site training or implementation services are billed on a per incident basis. Eagle Business Software recognizes the importance of budgeting for software implementation, staff training etc. and offers PrePaid Support Packages at a discounted rate. Prepaid Support Packages are available in prepaid time blocks of 4, 8, 20, 50, and 100 units. These Prepaid Support Packages offer different services than our Subscription Plans although time is applied against them if the client is not a member of a Subscription Plan.
