Inventory Purchasing

Purchasing and managing inventory is an important element in managing a business. EBMS includes an Inventory Purchasing window to assist in this task. This feature window is useful in purchasing inventory, creating purchase orders, and managing stock. The Inventory Purchasing feature can also be used to list a number of inventory items, making the task of changing inventory information a bit easier. The Purchasing window is most useful when inventory counts are being tracked and purchase orders are used in purchasing.

  • Recommends re-order quantities based on the inventory item's minimum, maximum and order quantity values. Note that the user can adjust the order quantities before a Purchase Order is created
  • Lists all items previously purchased by a specific vendor
  • Creates Purchase Orders with a simple click of a button
  • Displays the annual sales history for a user-defined time period using a bar graph
  • Functions as a convenient tool to set the minumum and maximum order settings within the Inventory system

    • Creates a Sales Order directly from the details entered on the Purchase Order
