Auto Send
This EBMS module is designed to allow efficiency in billing and purchasing by providing automatic sending options for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Statements, and even Proposals. Auto Send will cycle through your EBMS data and automatically generate e-mails, faxes, and/or printouts (to be mailed) for each customer and vendor that you choose. There is also a Broadcast Send option, which allows you to send newsletters and other informational messages to your customers.

Sales & Purchase Orders
This feature is utilized by invoking a menu option or through a scheduled Windows process.
Automatically send out Sales or Purchase orders without any input from the user, improving your overall speed, efficiency and work flow.

Statements
Choose a Statement date and Auto Send will cycle through your customer list to find all customers who have an outstanding balance.

Broadcast
Designed to allow creation and attachment of mass E-mails (newsletters, periodic notifications, etc.).
Auto Send allows you to specify a particular query of customers, meaning that you can send to various groupings of customers if desired.
