A complete sales and purchase history of each inventory item is maintained for inventory review purposes. Serialized Items, Special Orders, Assemblies and Kits, Made-To-Order Manufacturing, Multiple Units of Measure, and many other advanced features are part of the EBMS Inventory System.
Maintaining the most efficient inventory stock levels is important to reducing inventory costs while reducing out-of-stock situations. The EBMS inventory system includes tools to quickly view products that are below desired stock levels and create purchase orders. The appropriate stock level or reorder levels can be derived directly from past history values. Wireless bar code devices can be used to efficiently review inventory stock levels and review unfulfilled orders. Product pricing within the EBMS system is very flexible and can accommodate a variety of pricing models. Customers are assigned to a user defined price level which includes a variety of pricing formulas. Formulas include cost plus markup options, list price minus discount, and fixed prices. User-defined price rounding functions allow the pricing to mimic the users price methods. Quantity Discounts, Special Pricing and promotional pricing options are also available.
Costs and list prices can be derived from the most recent purchase cost or from a vendor supplied catalog.

Accurately fulfilling a customer’s order in a timely manner is critical to insure customersatisfaction. Scanner technology is a cost effective tool to increase the accuracy of tracking items from the time they arrive until they leave the warehouse. Order fulfillment recommendations can be created by the software to reduce labor costs. Interfacing with UPS, FedEx, and other shipping company software increases efficiency and accuracy. Bills of lading, shipping manifests, and packing lists can be generated from EBMS.
